Samples
Samples illustrate print and card quality but may not be to your exact requirements - we will send you exact proofs and colours when you order. We may not have the format you requested in stock - the nearest match will be substituted. Your sample may differ to how it appears on our website - if you would like to include any of these changes, remember to mention them when ordering (e.g.: fonts, layout) we will redeem the cost of your samples when you order, just quote the reference number you were given. This sample service is only within the UK.  

Proofs
For Bespoke stationery we will post proofs for you to check the design, wording and layout prior to printing - they will not be of finished printed quality, or on correct paper. Whilst we take great care in producing your proofs, you are responsible for ensuring that the proof is exactly as you want it. Any changes required to the wording must be noted on the proof, signed and returned. We will print from your signed proof and any subsequent corrections, not marked on the proof, will be charged accordingly.  We do not charge for proofs unless the order is cancelled prior to printing.  

Designs
All stationery, artwork and designs are the copyright of Creative Celebrations. All rights reserved. Due to the bespoke nature of the printing small variations in colour may occur. Stationery printed at a later date may not exactly match the items previously produced.  (Just like matching up batches of wallpaper or tins or paint)  This in no way reflects a reduction of quality.  You are responsible for ensuring that you have permission to use any material (for example poems and hymns in your Order of Service) you ask us to include in your stationery.

Timing
Once we have received your order, we aim to get proofs to you within 7 days. Once approved, your finished stationery will be delivered within three weeks. Unfortunately these timing may change due to circumstances beyond our control, we will always endeavour to keep you updated on your order. 

PricesThe price includes the typesetting, proofs, 1 set of amendments to the proofs if required, printing and envelopes where specified. The prices shown are inclusive of UK taxes, where applicable.
Full payment will be taken as acceptance of the terms and conditions of this web site. 

Value Added Tax (VAT)Prices displayed on goods include VAT (where applicable).For UK (including Northern Ireland and Isle of Man but excluding the Republic of Ireland and the Channel Islands) and all EEC member states VAT is charged on any goods you purchase (where applicable). For the rest of the world (including the Republic of Ireland and the Channel Islands), NO UK VAT is charged if the goods purchased are delivered outside the UK but please be aware you may be subject to the charges of that particular country.  

Delivery
Delivery will be via Royal Mail to addresses in Mainland England and Wales and is charged at £6.95.  Orders over the value of £150 will qulify for free delivery.  A signature will be required on delivery to provide proof of receipt. If you are out they will leave a card with a telephone number to call to re-arrange the delivery.  All contents are insured.  Should you find that there is a problem with the packaging or items are damaged or missing you should notify us within 3 working days of receiving the parcel.   

Cancellation
There will be a charge if a personalised stationery order is cancelled before printing but after proofs have been compiled. This charge is variable depending upon complexity of the order and time spent but will not be less than £25.00. Returns for stationery items will not be accepted after delivery.  Other items may be returned undamaged within 7 days.  Provided they are in the original packaging you will be issued a refund less a £5 re-stocking fee.  All return postage is to paid for by the customer.
